Cranberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raw cranberries, ground
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. strawberry or cranberry gelatin
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. marshmallows (miniature ones)
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine ground cranberries and sugar. Chill overnight. The next morning, dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add to cranberries; fold in pineapple, marshmallows and nuts. Mix well. Pour into mold or serving bowl. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill until it is set. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
