Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Set aside.
In a 9 x 13-inch ungreased cake pan, sprinkle pecans and coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake mix over pecans and coconut. Drop cream cheese mixture by small spoonfuls over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
