Baked Italian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3 c. water
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper in skillet. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer slowly 2 hours. Add more water if necessary. Cook spaghetti until tender. Rinse with water; drain. Layer spaghetti in a large casserole alternately with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted. Serves 8 to 12 people.
