Mexican Dish Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can Wolf brand chili
1 can tomatoes
Fritos
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Brown beef; add beans, chili and tomatoes.
Cook until it starts to simmer.
Add cheese and whipping cream (do not whip cream).
Heat again until cheese melts and starts to simmer. Serve over Fritos with salad and hot bread.
