Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 c. apple butter or 1 c. apple butter and 1 c. applesauce plus 1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 deep-dish or 3 regular pie shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients.
    Blend in all milk and eggs.
    Turn into unbaked pie shells and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
