Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Vidalia onions, sliced or chipped
    8 to 10 saltines
    3 Tbsp. canned milk
    margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until soft but not brown.
    Roll out crackers and put in skillet with melted margarine.
    Layer buttered crumbs, onions and grated cheese in casserole, ending with crumbs on top.
    Sprinkle canned milk over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
