Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
8 large tart apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Blend flour, sugar, salt, oil and milk to make crust for 9-inch pie.
Roll half of dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Place in pie plate.
Roll second half and place on top of completed pie.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Mix dry ingredients. Toss over apples.
Mound in pie plate.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
