Fresh Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pared chopped apples
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add egg and beat well. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon.
Add to margarine mixture and then stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into a 9-inch greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
