Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
dash of chili pepper (optional)
Preparation

Mix cheese and Bisquick until crumbly.
Add sausage (at room temperature) and mix thoroughly.
Roll into bite size balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
