Zucchini Angelino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
    1 3/4 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 beaten eggs
    3 cloves minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. fresh or dry parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix.
    Spread in greased 12 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
