Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and split
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the Thousand Island dressing, Knorr dry leek soup mix and the apricot preserves.
    Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish; pour the mixture over the chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Baste one time during cooking.
