Barbecue Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless roast
1 bottle Kraft barbecue sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can beer
1 small can enchilada sauce
Preparation

Place boneless roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
Pour all ingredients on top.
Cook for about 3 hours, or until roast shreds easily.
