Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    and salt until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar to egg whites, beat 5 to 10 minutes with electric mixer. Stir
    in vanilla and pecans, mix gently.
    Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto
    greased
    cookie sheet.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour
    or
    until firm
    to touch.
    Store in airtight container. Makes 3 dozen.
