Low-Fat Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked low-fat chicken nuggets
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    2 large carrots
    1 can (small or medium) pineapple chunks (in juice)
    3 sticks celery
    6 to 8 mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar or sweetener
    1/2 c. tomato catsup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into large chunks.
    Place with water in wok or large frying pan. Simmer until slightly crunchy. Combine cornstarch, vinegar, sugar, catsup and soy sauce.
    Add to vegetables. Cook until thickened.
    Add chicken nuggets and heat through.
    Serve over cooked rice or Chinese noodles.
