Chicken Noodles 1800'S Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh, fat chicken, dressed and cooked
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Dress a fresh, fat chicken and cook until tender.
    Remove from broth and take from the bone.
    In mixing bowl, break eggs.
    Mix whites and yolks well.
    Add salt.
    Add flour until a stiff dough is formed.
    Roll out very thin.
    Cut in strips 3 inches wide. Stack and cut noodles into very thin strips.
    Roll in flour to keep from sticking together.
    Spread thin and let dry an hour or 2.
    Drop into boiling broth and cook until tender.
    Sprinkle with black pepper.
    Serve hot.
