Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs together.
Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture, milk and vanilla alternately to creamed mixture.
Beat thoroughly.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
