Ingredients
    3 c. (8 oz.) tricolor corkscrew macaroni or regular
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni by package directions; drain.
