Beef Mandarin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. London broil, cut into thin strips
    1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
    2 scallions, sliced
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in oil.
    Add water, soy and pepper sauces, liquid from mandarin oranges and salt and bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice, then oranges.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings, each less than 350 calories.
