Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 to 7 c. thinly sliced and peeled golden Delicious apples
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell or 12 baked tart shells
Preparation
    Combine apple juice, butter, tapioca, salt and cinnamon in large frying pan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring, then reduce heat to simmer.
    Add apples and cook for 10 to 15 minutes occasionally stirring gently until apples are tender.
    Cool, cover and chill.
