Easy Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 c. fruit (blueberries, peaches, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except fruit, like cake batter.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Spoon fruit on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until brown on top.
    Good served with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
