Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 eggs
2/3 c. bread crumbs
3 slices French bread, soaked in milk, squeezed and shredded
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. fennel
dash of black pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Thaw ground turkey.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, lemon peel, parsley, fennel, peppers, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Shape into large meatballs.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until crispy and brown.
