German Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
fine dark pumpernickel bread crumbs
Preparation

Cream butter and
cream
cheese
in
mixer
bowl
until smooth; add sour cream and sugar.
Mix well.
Chill (1 hour or so); shape into balls.
Roll
in bread crumbs; place in bonbon cups to serve.
Chill until serving time.
Makes 4 servings.
