Stracciatella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth (can use College Inn, 1 large can)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    4 to 5 eggs
    1/4 c. breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Add spinach to broth. Heat and cook in broth to defrost. Beat the eggs lightly in separate bowl. Add breadcrumbs, thyme and cheese and beat into egg. Makes a thick soup. Drizzle in egg mixture.
    DO NOT STIR. Simmer three minutes. Separate egg gently with fork. Can also add some browned onion and maybe carrot.
