Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    2 1/2 c. diced, peeled potatoes
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook 4 chicken bouillon cubes, onion and celery in 1 quart water.
    Cook and add the potatoes and mixed frozen vegetables for 30 minutes.
    Add soup and cheese, cook until cheese melts.
