Baked Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick fillets (halibut)
    1 c. Chablis wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Marinate fillets in wine and salt for 4
    hours.
    Grease pan. Coat fish in 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Put in oven dish.
    Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup onion.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
