Apple-Carrot-Raisin Salad(With Pineapple And Nuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 apples, diced
    2 or 3 carrots, grated
    2 c. pineapple chunks or crushed with juice
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. nuts or sunflower seeds (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare fruit and vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill in fridge for 2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
