Barbecue Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 lb. well-trimmed brisket
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Marinate brisket in first 6 ingredients, refrigerate overnight in pan sprayed with Pam.
    Cover.
    Take out, pour Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
    Cover, cook for 3 hours.
    Pour barbecue sauce and cook another hour at 275\u00b0.
