Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
1 small jar taco sauce
Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (a lot)
Doritos

Preparation

Brown meat and add all ingredients except cheese and Doritos. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
Layer in casserole dish (oblong). Start with Doritos, then meat, another layer of Doritos and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and cheese is thoroughly melted.
