Franks And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hot dogs, cut in 2 inch pieces
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar substitute
    9 oz. frozen French style green beans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Preheat heavy skillet.
    Add franks and brown on all sides. Cook celery and onion in broth until it has evaporated.
    Add to the franks.
    Add remaining ingredients and cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serves 2.
    350 calories per serving.
