Alabama Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooled sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
2 beaten eggs
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
-
Whip the sweet potatoes.
Add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, coconut and eggs.
Top with cornflakes, brown sugar, pecans and butter.
Bake 30 minutes to warm at 350\u00b0.
