Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo (soften at room temperature)
2 c. milk (may use skim milk)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 small can coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender for about 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle 1 small can coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve at room temperature.
