Pork Chops With Sage Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    5 c. sliced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with flour.
    Brown on both sides in skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Remove chops.
    Put 5 cups of sliced onion in skillet and cook until lightly browned.
    Add salt, pepper, sage and water.
    Arrange chops on top of onion.
    Cover and simmer for about 1/2 hour or until chops are tender.
