Japanese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. saifun
    1 can chopped clams or 1 can shrimp
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 cucumber
    2 stalks celery
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Cook saifun in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes or longer. Drain and set aside.
    Add clams, shredded lettuce and sliced cucumber, celery and carrots.
