Party Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 lb. hot sausage
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, finely chopped
dried onions to taste
2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Mix ground meat and sausage well with your hands.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Roll into very small balls (about the size of a walnut).
Freeze on cookie sheet.
When frozen, store in plastic bags in freezer.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer and bake at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
Serve on toothpicks with chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
