Sopa Paraguay (Corn Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white flour
    2 1/4 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    2 medium onions
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine
    flour, corn meal, sugar, salt, baking powder and grated cheese
    and
    set
    aside.
    Saute
    oil and onions in skillet until clear. Beat
    together
    eggs
    and milk in small bowl.
    Add onions with egg-milk mixture
    to
    dry ingredients.
    Stir until blended.
    Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
