Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs, separated
1 c. granulated sugar
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt the butter in a large iron frying pan or upside-down cake pan. Add the brown sugar and spread evenly over bottom of pan. Lay crushed pineapple in center.
(Save juice to put in sponge batter.)
