Plain Good Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. pecan halves
    salt
Preparation
    Remove any pumpkin membrane from seeds and rinse the seeds well. Make a brine of water and salt, about a six to one concentration and add seeds. Let soak overnight.
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
    Drain and roast the seeds on a cookie sheet about 1 hour, stirring several times, until the seeds are dried and salty white.
