Curry-Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    chopped green onion tops (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Serve in a pepper cup with vegetables or boiled shrimp. Garnish, if desired.
    Yields 2 1/4 cups.
