Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Mix all together except zucchini.
    Add the zucchini.
    (It is more moist if you will use a food processor.)
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
