Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 soup can milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, sauteed in microwave in 1/2 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked until just crisp-tender
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Fifteen minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle top with grated Cheddar cheese.
