Cappuccino Ice Cream Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. (4 c.) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    15 chocolate wafer cookies, coarsely crushed
    2 pt. (4 c.) coffee ice cream, slightly softened
    3/4 c. heavy (whipping) cream, beaten stiff
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Mix vanilla ice cream and cinnamon in a large bowl until blended.
    Spread evenly over bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
    Spoon coffee ice cream on top; press into an even layer with back of spoon.
    Cover and freeze at least 5 hours, or wrap airtight and freeze up to 1 month.
    Makes 12 servings.
