Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. sausage (hot, if desired)
    4 slices stale bread, soaked in milk
    2 whole eggs, beaten
    1 medium white onion, grated or put through blender
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and roll into bite-size balls.
    Fry in about 1/2-inch oil.
    Drain and place in baking dishes, about 2-inches deep.
