Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced squash
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. carrots, shredded
Preparation
    Cook squash, onions and carrots in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream and add to first mixture. Combine dry stuffing mix with margarine.
    Spread half in large baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture over this, then spread remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
