Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 c. cooked carrots, mashed and cooled
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients until well blended.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Bake in loaf pan 45 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
