Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 chopped onion
Cheddar cheese, grated
20 cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Combine soup, onion and sour cream.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan add peeled and sliced potatoes about 1 inch thick.
Spread with soup mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
(How much cheese depends on how cheesy you want it.)
Add cracker crumbs on top, then drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour.
