Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts and raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Mixing lightly, add dry ingredients (mix together).
    Stir in nuts and/or raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
