Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (seed included)
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs
    buttermilk (as needed)
Preparation
    Mix well
    with\tbuttermilk,
    leaving
    thick.
    Dip
    with teaspoon and cook at
    300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (with enough cooking oil to float) until golden brown.\tMakes approximately 4 dozen.
