Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic, split
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    5 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. marjoram
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. red wine or to your taste
Preparation
    Using a food processor,
    mince
    onion.
    Cook
    onion and garlic in heavy saucepan.
    Add butter and olive oil until just beginning to brown.
    Separate mushroom stems from caps.
    Mince stems and 1 cup mushroom caps in food processor.
    Add to onion mixture.
