Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes (large)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes.
    Place in a large pan; add onion and salt.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Mix flour and milk until smooth.
    Add to soup; salt and pepper it. Cook until slightly thickened.
    Serve piping hot.
