Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 jars junior size baby carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat until creamy the sugar and oil.
    Add soda, salt, carrots, vanilla and eggs.
    Then add cinnamon and flour.
    Place in a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
